I have been depressed for a long time, and after finding this thread on the forum, I decided it would be a great idea to start this swap! For this swap, you should make ATCs which give ideas of things to distract you from your feelings, and to combat depression. Things such as exercise, crafts, shopping etc. Anything you do to make you feel better when you're feeling depressed! The only thing I'd like to say is, make sure you depict healthy coping mechanisms!! You will have 2 partners and send them each 2 anti-depressant themed ATCs. (4 ATCs total) Normal rules for ATCs apply, 2.5 x 3.5", and flat enough to fit in a sleeve! Anyone with a rating over 4.80 is free to join!
