I have decluttered my stickers and ephemera basket! I have a large envelope stuffed with various items - stickers and ephemera. Some partially used and some new. Some of the items I purchased myself in the past and some were items mailed to me in swaps. I will be mailing this package to one winner randomly drawn from all of the participants that join.

When you join - simply answer the question: Why do you swap? Whenever the swap is over and I assign partners, you will rate your partner based on if they answered or not. If they answered the question on the swap page they get a 5. If they didn't answer they get a 1. If they answered late they get a 3. Simple as that.

Then I will take all of the names of the participants and randomly draw one to mail the package to - I will not get a rating for this. My rating will also be if I answered the question on the swap page or not. The package is sent to 1 random winner. I will contact them for their address and mail it off. Due to shipping prices I am limited to US only. Swap rating requirement 4.88.
