International, 1 partner, flat mail / cost of one stamp to mail. Sept 6th is National Read a Book Day In a letter, notecard - even on a postcard - send your partner the title and author of the book you are/will be reading on Sept 6. Just which ever book you are reading on the 6th, you don't have to have it finished, no theme.
