Sometimes life is great and everything just seems to fall into place. Then at other times it seems as if the WHOLE WORLD is plotting against you and just want to curl up in a corner and cry! Come on....we've all been there, right?? And honestly it is just so easy to focus on the negative... So for this swap you will be sending a notecard to TWO partners listing 10 POSITIVE things about your life. It can be things you look forward to, what makes you happy, things people do for you because they care you, something about yourself that you are proud of, anything goes!! And as an EXTRA challenge, try not to repeat anything between the 2 notecards...which means you need to think of 20 positive things! Can you do it?!?!
